Abstract
This clinical report describes the oral rehabilitation of a 12-year-old boy with a central giant cell granuloma of the mandible. He underwent en bloc resection of a central giant cell granuloma, free vascularized fibula reconstruction, implant placement, and prosthesis fabrication. The multidisciplinary approach successfully restored function and esthetics. Considerations regarding the extensive surgical and prosthetic rehabilitation of a young adult with remaining growth are discussed. (J Prosthet Dent 2008;99:257-262).
