Abstract

Smartphones have become synonymous with modern living, providing users with countless apps to perform endless functions. Harnessing mobile technology to help caregivers of Alzheimer’s Disease patients offers users tools and resources to engage, organize and lessen the stress of caregiving. Medical Librarians, healthcare professionals, family and friends can all benefit from learning about four popular Alzheimer’s Disease caregiver apps to enable them to provide thoughtful recommendations to implement their use in caregivers’ daily lives.
