Abstract

The ε{lunate}γγ and fγγ coupling constants are calculated from finite-energy sum rules for γπ → πγ. The cross sections for ε{lunate} and f production in colliding electron beam reactions are found to be significant. There is reasonable agreement with the tensor meson dominance estimates for the fγγ couplings.
