Abstract

Fabrication and thermal stability of 60-nm magnetic Fe nanodots were carried out. The size and size distribution of the nanodots correlate very well with that of the membranes pores. The exchange bias was used as an additional and tunable means of anisotropy for magnetization stabilization in nanomagnets. The results showed that the magnetic hysteresis loop squareness increases in biased nanodots.
