Abstract
Examines the relationship between carrier and utility for the movement of coal. Discussed are those utilities who feel they have made adequate plans for transportation to planned units, as well as those who have not been able to do so. Where transportation barriers appear to be significant, the nature of those barriers are examined in detail and suggestions are made how such barriers can be resolved.-from US Govt Reports Announcements, 3, 1982
