In the September 2018 issue of Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology (vol. 28, no. 7, pp. 437-444), the article "Intravenous Ketamine for Adolescents with Treatment-Resistant Depression: An Open-Label Study," by Dr. Kathryn R.
