Abstract

A mistake in the scaling of the Y-axis of Figure 7C,D has been corrected here. Similarly, the Y-axis scaling of Figure S9a,b in the Supporting Information should be corrected by a factor of 106. Finally, the Y-axis in Figure 7A has higher values due to a calculation error, and the equilibrium IFT value used in this figure is 10.8 mN/m for 0.05% SPAN 80 in HMO. These corrections do not change any conclusions in the original manuscript.
