Abstract
Figure 5 of Ref. 1 presents a phase diagram for unconfined diblock polymer thin films containing a polymer that forms the double-gyroid phase in the bulk, showing how the equilibrium morphology changes as a function of film thickness Δ and preferential wetting at the film boundaries XwAN. In the construction of this phase diagram, one phase window was missed: a stable region for (Figure presented). perpendicularly oriented cylinders (C) at low film thicknesses and modestly B-preferential boundaries. The corrected phase diagram is presented in Fig. 1. Note that the phase boundary is curved because perpendicular cylinders do not have discrete commensurate film thicknesses like the other phases on the diagram; this is similar to the stability window for parallel lamellae (L) in Fig. 4 of Ref. 1. A corrected version of Fig. S6 of Ref. 1 is given in Fig. 2, which shows the data used to construct the phase diagram of Fig. 1. None of the conclusions drawn in the original publication are affected by this change.
