Abstract
This chapter provides an overview of the state of equity for ethnic minorities in Vietnam's national education system. It analyses relevant government policies and strategies regarding their impact on "redistribution", "representation" and "recognition". Recommendations based on this analysis are advanced for securing the right to quality education for ethnic minority groups.
