Abstract
A subconjunctival mass was excised from a 49-year-old woman. Microscopic examination disclosed stellate and spindle cells in a matrix containing reticulum fibers. Both the cell processes and the matrix were mucicarmine positive. This is the first case of proven epibulbar myxoma.
