Abstract

The effect of CoCrTa intermediate layer on CoCrTaPt/Cr thin film media was studied using microscopic techniques. It was found that the magnetic properties of CoCrTaPt/Cr thin film can be improved with the addition of CoCrTa intermediate layer.
