Abstract

The Headstart Program of Crookston at the Tri Valley Opportunity Council, MN wanted to articulate to the community the benefits that the farmers market brought to them with the addition of SNAP, Market Bucks, and Produce Bucks that help low to moderate income families access fresh food products.
