Abstract

Two patients with Down syndrome and Ebstein's malformation of the tricuspid valve are described. This cardiac anomaly is very rare in Down syndrome and there have only been 4 previously reported cases. The two patients described illustrate the wide variability in clinical features associated with Ebstein's anomaly.
