Abstract
A high performance computer technology which will solve various scientific and engineering problems is developed. It is seen that different computational approaches and mathematical algorithms are utilized in the formulation of this technology. The lifetime of scientific codes is expressed in decades while the lifetime of computers is expressed in years. This technology is found to be beneficial and a cost-effective computing resource for a simulation which differs considerably from one application to another.
