Disseminated blastomycosis and coccidioidomycosis in the same patient

Abstract

Dual fungal infections are uncommon, and coexistent blastomycosis and coccidioidomycosis has not previously been recognized. In a patient, disseminated blastomycosis and coccidioidomycosis were successfully treated with ketoconazole adminstered orally.
