Both the strengths and limitations of this new medical tool will be discussed as well as the intellectual and technological requirements for the successful integration of evidence-based medicine into radiology training, research, and practice. Finally, I will briefly discuss the challenges and requirements for radiologists planning to use evidence-based healthcare in their various activities.
