Deterministically coupled quantum emitters in a hexagonal Boron Nitride hybrid microcavity system

Abstract

We demonstrate a hybrid microphotonic device by integrating a thin film of hexagonal Boron Nitride containing quantum emitters with Si3N4 microdisk resonators. We deterministicallyactive these emitters via strain within a microdisk's evanescent field.
