Abstract

The crystallographic orientation control in L1₀ FEPT films on CRRU underlayers was discussed. The structural and magnetic properties of the films were calculated. Two typical out of plane and in plane hysteresis loops of samples with both perpendicular and longitudinal anisotropy were obtained.
