Abstract

The crystal structure of the paramagnetic derivative (pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)(tetramethylfulvene)titanium(III) (Cp*FvTi) is reported. The structural data confirm the previously surmised π-η⁵:σ-η¹ bonding mode for the tetramethylfulvene ligand.
