Relative GFP fluorescence intensity after AAV GFP transfection with or without TP in primary RPE cells. AAV was synthesized as described in the Materials and Methods section. Cells were incubated with AAV and TP for 48 hours, followed by washing, fixation, and imaging. Cells treated with Lenti alone served as the negative control. The relative fluorescence intensity of the GFP obtained from three independent experiments using ImageJ software was analyzed using one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s multiple comparisons test.
