Abstract

A review on the application of microwave copyrolysis and microwave catalytic copyrolysis in biomass conversion. Topics discussed include: (1) H/Ceff ratio for biomass pyrolysis; (2) microwave absorbents for biomass pyrolysis; (3) HZSM-5 catalyst for biomass pyrolysis; and (4) future directions of the microwave-assisted catalytic fast pyrolysis technology.
