Abstract
A mathematical model was designed to predict the concentration distribution in human vitreous humor after an injection of nanoparticles of gentamicin incorporated into poly(lactic acid) (PLA). Several parameters needed in the model were experimentally estimated. Such parameters relate drug release and transport in vitreous humor.
