Abstract

The study attempted to gain some knowledge of proposed processing procedures on the survival of solutions of yeast undergoing concentration and drum drying for production of protein. It was shown that some degree of kill (four to five log cycles) is obtained during vacuum concentration and drum drying contributing to the overall 12 log cycles kill.
