Abstract
In this chapter, the author, an assistant dean for pre-licensure programs at a US Midwestern school of nursing, describes characteristics of the admissions process, the common challenges that matriculating students arrive with, the available resources, and the student-centered processes for providing tailored, interprofessional "Success Plans" for students who struggle.
