Abstract
The chronome concept of intermodulating rhythms, interacting with trends and chaos, can align units of language (phonemes, words, phrases, sentences, etc.) with the underlying cognitive, emotional, other behavioral and neuro- endocrino-vasculo-metabolic mechanisms, all interacting as feedsidewards in networks, rather than feedbacks or feedforwards along putative axes. Physiologic and language monitoring serves the psychiatric (or other) chronobiologically trained nurse (the chronutrix), who teaches the monitoring and analysis in health and disease of life events, physiology and language. Any linguistic or physiologic chronome alterations found to be pathologic by outcome analysis may thus be detected and corrected in the sequence of their occurrence. Available are some of the requisites (hardware, software, reference values) for a critical member of the health care team, the chronutrix, trained in nursing and chronobiology, in the science of chronutrics. Chronome-adjusted timing may improve medications and therapies such as biofeedback or autogenic training.
