Abstract

Studied was the effects of chronic d-amphetamine treatment and withdrawal of the drug after a schedule of multiple administration, on the specific activities of Na⁺-K⁺-Mg²⁺-adenosinetriphosphatase (Na⁺-K⁺-ATPase), acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and glutamine synthetase (GS) from the microsomal fraction of rat brain cerebral cortex.
