Abstract

Studied was the effects of chronic d-amphetamine treatment and withdrawal of the drug after a schedule of multiple administration, on the specific activities of Na+-K+-Mg2+-adenosinetriphosphatase (Na+-K+-ATPase), acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and glutamine synthetase (GS) from the microsomal fraction of rat brain cerebral cortex.
