Abstract

In this article, we report our preliminary analysis of the results of a pharmacokinetic study of cyclosporine and three of its metabolites, two hydroxylated (M1 and M17) and one demethylated (M21) in renal transplant patients. Changes in the pharmacokinetic parameters of CsA, M1, M17, and M21 were examined over time at 1 week, 3 weeks, and 3 months after the start of CsA therapy.
