Abstract

Accuryn Medical, Inc. (formerly known as Potrero Medical) is dedicated to tackling the challenges of acute kidney injury (AKI) by offering a cutting-edge solution—the Accuryn Monitoring System. This innovative system enables continuous kidney assessment and real-time AKI alerts. By implementing active drain line clearance, the Accuryn system ensures uninterrupted urinary flow, eliminating air locks. With its advanced urine output monitoring, Accuryn further aids in alleviating nursing tasks. Additionally, the technology behind Accuryn is designed to minimize catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) events. The system includes sensor technology for continuous intra-abdominal pressure monitoring. The Accuryn Monitoring System has benefited over 72,000 patients (as of March 2024).
