abstract = "The diagnostic of absolute densities of reactive species and gas temperature is of growing interest for many applications. In this paper, we proposed a simple method to determine OH densities and rotational temperatures based on the molecular self-absorption. A 10 cm diffuse atmospheric pressure RF glow discharge is used to verify the proposed method. Good agreements with broadband absorption are achieved with a two-temperature Boltzmann distribution description of the excited state.",
