Bias configured triple layer magnetic thin film

A triple-layer structure was formed by using bias sputtered and non-bias sputtered CoCrPtTa layers as sub-layers. By examining this structure, the decoupling effect in multilayer films was understood better, and that a way to investigate coercivity mechanism in a single layer structure by intensifying interfacial effects was obtained.
