Abstract
The case of a 9 yr old boy with symptomatic myocardial ischemia due to atresia of the left coronary ostium is discussed. A saphenous vein bypass graft was placed from the ascending aorta to the left anterior descending coronary artery. Symptoms have abated, the patient has normal exercise tolerance, and hemodynamic parameters have improved.
