Abstract

The AA. compare the effect of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid, ASA) upon the blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) of healthy women with that of a placebo, in a chronobiologic Phase 0 pilot study, also designed as a set of 6 chronobiologic N-of-1 studies. An independent qualification and validation of some of the results from this investigation by those from a larger data set is summarized thereafter.
