Abstract

A fuzzy measure application to solve the problems of monitoring the technical state of space vehicles was presented. Measurement monitoring includes formation of test actions and applying them to the corresponding input of the objects and acceptance of a solution concerning the degree of agreement between the results of measurements and parameter tolerances. The reliability of monitoring results was estimated and the technological state on the basis of a sample of the values was predicted.
