N2 - A DWDM tunable electro-optic filter using photonic bandgaps was designed. The tuning range and minimum channel spacing was controlled by an electro-optic defect, Pb (Mg1/3Nb1/3)O3-PbTiO3, or by including the EO material within the reflecting stacks.
