Abstract
A cardiac transplant patient died of severe left ventricular dysfunction 2 weeks after coronary anglography demonstrated normal coronary arteries. Post mortem examination showed significant and diffuse allograft vasculopathy. Coronary angiography may have limited sensitivity In detecting allograft vasculopathy.
