Abstract

Otitis media is a highly burdening disease. The most frequent sequelae of both acute and chronic otitis media are hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, and vertigo. In this chapter, we discuss the most frequent symptoms, physical examination tests, and specific hearing and vestibular testing to diagnose and guide proper treatment and rehabilitation of these sequelae.
