Abstract

(Figure Presented) Protein patterning: A protein, selectively labeled with an azide tag, was reacted with alkyne-functionalized DNA. These protein-DNA conjugates were used to create a DNA-assembled protein nanostructure. This method should facilitate the preparation of a range of protein-DNA hybrid structures with useful structural and functional features.
