Abstract
Despite anecdotal reports that women/minorities experience greater workplace mistreatment, no meta-Analysis has examined subgroup differences in workplace mistreatment. The current study filled this gap by meta-Analyzing sex and race differences in perceived workplace mistreatment (e.g., harassment, discrimination, bullying) with results counterintuitively suggesting small differences in mistreatment across demographic groups.
