A generalized modeling strategy for quantum-cascade structures with enhanced optical nonlinearities

Abstract

This paper presents a generalized modeling scheme for quantum-cascade structures with nonlinear effects up to the third-order. The linear and nonlinear performance evaluated from this model agrees well with published experimental results.
