Abstract

The University of Minnesota implemented innovative practices in their 2017 administration of the SERU survey which led to a significantly increased response rate. Among the methods used was the use of locally sourced incentives, targeted e-mails and time-based incentive reminder e-mails. This is an overview of the methods used.
