Project Details

Description

Across diverse workforce sectors, we will assess: (1) awareness and implementation of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) transmission prevention behaviors at the workplace; and (2) psychosocial outcomes (e.g., stress, anxiety, safety) related to working during and, eventually, following the coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) pandemic. Two University of Minnesota Sustainable Development Goal Initiatives are to promote “decent work and economic growth” and “good health and well-being”. In addressing the above objectives, we expect to provide real-world data on how employers can better promote a work environment for low risk of COVID-19 infections and improved psychosocial health.
