The pro's and con's of using artificial intelligence in a survey research center

Key findings

Artificial intelligence using both Gemini and Microsoft Co-Pilot has been useful for project management, editing email content, and creating timelines within survey research. Using artificial intelligence for quantitative or qualitative analysis has not been useful nor has it been useful for certain types of questionairre design.
