Zhang works with a team at Marquette University and Confluency LLC to 1) quantify system response and prioritize GI locations under spatially varied storm forcings, 2) quantify system response and prioritize GI locations in the separate service area, and 3) identify priority watersheds for GI considering multiple factors.
