Research interests

​I study the impact of information technologies on humans, organizations, and society. My current research focuses on social impact of AI, human-machine relationships, and mindful interactions with smartphones. I am an established research, speaker, and teacher, having spoken at many local events and won multiple teaching awards.

In addition to my current research areas, I can speak about a broad range of issues related to information technologies, such as digital transformation, enterprise systems, customer relationship management, electronic commerce, Internet marketing, social media, cloud computing, Blockchain, Internet of Things, information privacy and security, etc.
