Personal profile

Research interests

I have a broad background in bioinformatics researchers. The focus of my graduate thesis is the application of comparative genomics and data mining methods to understand the regulatory sequences in mammalian genomes. After graduation, I have worked at MSI with an emphasis on projects using next-generation sequencing technologies. I have analyzed RNA-Seq, DNA-Seq, and ChIP-Seq data to profile gene expression, identify genomic variants and discover non-coding regulatory elements.
