Michael Maher is a PhD candidate in the laboratory of Dr. Daniel F. Voytas at the University of Minnesota in the department of Plant and Microbial Biology.  Michael's research focuses on methods and tools for plant genome engineering. Michael has developed tools for targeted epigenetic modification as well as methods for in vivo genetic engineering of plants.
