Research interests
I am interested in the neurovascular study. We use transgenic mouse models and integrated approaches, including cell-based assays, molecular manipulation, bulk RNA-Seq, single-cell RNA-Seq, and proteomics, to understand the role of neural signals in regulating the blood-retina barrier and retinal angiogenesis processes at the cellular, developmental, and disease levels.
