Personal profile

Temple is a professor of public affairs and teaches in the social policy area. As a public economist, her interests are in cost-benefit analysis, early childhood education, program evaluation and public finance. One focus on her recent research is the use of social benefit financing through Pay for Success contracts between private funders and public and non-provider service providers.
