Erin E. Krebs, MD, MPH is a chief of general internal medicine at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, core investigator in the Center for Care Delivery and Outcomes Research and Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota. She is a general internist with an active primary care practice. Her research focuses on chronic pain management in primary care, benefits and harms of opioid analgesics, and care for patients prescribed long-term opioid therapy.
